Thank you for shopping at Solar Lights Umbrella! We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.

4. International Shipping

For international orders, estimated delivery time is 10-25 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that international shipping times can vary significantly due to customs processing and local postal services. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for these additional charges. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Solar Lights Umbrella is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing delays for international shipments. We will do our best to assist you in tracking your package during such events.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses exclusively via USPS. Please ensure you select a shipping method compatible with these address types if applicable.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solarlightsumbrella.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details (e.g., photos of damaged packaging/items). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.

9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries

We comply with all international shipping regulations and sanctions. We do not ship to countries or regions that are subject to U.S. or international trade embargoes or sanctions. If an order is placed to a restricted country, it will be canceled and refunded.
